For agency owners

Equip every agent on day one.
Stop losing them at day 90.

One stack for the two hours a day you spend recruiting and the two hours you spend keeping producers from quitting: exclusive leads, recruiting leads, landing pages for every agent, and appointment setting. One invoice. Your agents stay billable on day one.

The two problems

Your downline doesn't fail at closing. They fail at getting to close.

Two things eat your week, and they compete for the same hours. Most agency owners try to solve them with a bigger ops team. We solve them with a stack every agent plugs into on day one.

PROBLEM 1

Recruiting producers who actually write

You can recruit 10 agents in a month. Two will write, four will ghost, four will wash out in 90 days. The math gets worse if they can't see leads hitting their calendar in week one.

WHAT WE DO

Recruiting-lead campaigns targeted at producers in your carrier lineup — phone-verified, intent-validated, delivered into your Nexus pipeline with context.

PROBLEM 2

Keeping them writing past month three

Agents with a full calendar don't quit. Agents cold-calling from a shared lead list do. Your retention is downstream of how fast they see income.

WHAT WE DO

Every agent on your roster gets exclusive, pre-verified appointments in their state + product mix, plus their own RodeoLaunch landing page so referrals convert too.

10-agent ramp

What the first 90 days of 10 new producers looks like.

  1. DAY 1–7

    Live in week one

    • Landing page issued to every agent
    • Lead flow configured for state + product
    • First appointments on the calendar
  2. DAY 30

    ~80 appts / agent-month

    • At ~3/day appointment cadence
    • First issued policies close
    • Retention risk drops measurably
  3. DAY 90 OUTCOME

    7 of 10 still writing

    • vs 2–3/10 on shared-lead recruiting
    • Pipeline visibility on every agent
    • You're recruiting again, not rescuing

FAQ

Common questions.

Yes. Our agency dashboard gives you a single view across every agent in your downline — their appointment volume, pipeline stage, close rate, and activity. You can drill into any agent or look at aggregate numbers for the whole team.

You set a lead quota per agent by state and product. Leads are allocated automatically based on each agent's configuration — no manual routing, no conflicts. If an agent is at capacity, excess rolls to the next available producer in that territory.

Your call. You can issue each agent a page under your agency brand (consistent logo, colors, domain) or allow agents to customize their own Personal Brand. Most agency owners do a hybrid — agency brand on the template, agent photo and bio personalized.

You get per-agent and aggregate reporting on: appointments delivered, appointments completed, issued policies (when entered), AP by agent, and 30/60/90-day trends. Export to CSV or pull via webhook into your existing reporting stack.

Yes. Recruiting leads flow into the same platform. When a producer converts from recruiting prospect to active agent, you can provision their landing page and lead flow directly from the same admin — no separate onboarding process.

Agency owners are invoiced centrally — one line item for the agency platform fee, one line item for aggregate lead spend across the team. Agents do not need their own separate billing accounts unless you choose to have them pay individually.
